How it works

    Tell us your clinic's name and area. We build a preview of your own homepage, free.

  2. Day 1

    Say yes

    Pay half the setup fee. We send a short checklist on WhatsApp.

  3. Days 1 to 4

    Send your details

    Photos, timings, treatments, fees and doctor details. We write the pages and send you a draft.

  4. Day 7

    Go live

    We connect your domain and publish. You pay the balance, and the monthly plan starts.

What we need from you

  1. Your logo, if you have one.
  2. 5 to 10 photos of the clinic: reception, chairs, equipment. No patients in any photo.
  3. Clinic timings, including Sundays and holidays.
  4. The treatments you offer, with fees or fee ranges.
  5. For each doctor: full name, qualifications and council registration number.
  6. The WhatsApp number where patients should book.
  7. A domain name you'd like, for example drsharmadental.in. You buy it in your name; we show you how.

After launch

  • Edits: send changes on WhatsApp. Most go live within 2 working days.
  • Monthly report on Pro and Growth: how many people visited your site.
  • Upkeep: hosting, security, backups and domain reminders are handled.
  • Your Google profile on Growth or with Google Profile Care: hours, holidays and photos kept current.
  • Leaving: 30 days' notice and you take everything. See our pledge.

Payments

Half the setup fee when you say yes, the other half when the site goes live. The monthly plan starts at launch and is paid in advance by UPI Autopay. Pay a year upfront and you get 2 months free.
