Privacy policy

This policy explains what Studio Footfall (run by Kunal Chauhan, Noida) collects when you use studiofootfall.in or contact us, and what we do with it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Forms on this site: your name, business name and type, area, WhatsApp number, email (if you give it) and your message.
  • Emails you send to any @studiofootfall.in address.
  • WhatsApp chats with us, which stay in WhatsApp.
  • Payment details: handled by your bank, UPI app or payment provider. We never see your card or bank login.
  • Site visits: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.
  • Security logs: to stop spam, we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with each form entry, never the address itself.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, make your free preview, quote for work, and provide the service you sign up for. We contact you only about your request or your account. We don't send marketing blasts.

Where it's kept

Form entries and emails are stored in our customer records, hosted on Cloudflare, and emails are also forwarded to our Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google may store data on servers outside India.

Who we share it with

No one, except the services we use to run the business: Cloudflare (hosting and records), Google (email), Meta (WhatsApp) and our payment provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't become clients: 1 year after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Client records and invoices: for as long as you're a client, and afterwards for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email hello@studiofootfall.in or WhatsApp +91 88605 58625. We reply within 7 days.

Data on our clients' websites

If we run a clinic's website with a booking form, the clinic is responsible for its patients' data (the data fiduciary), and we process it only to run the site. Patients should contact the clinic first. When a clinic leaves, we export its data to the clinic and delete our copies.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children

This site is meant for business owners. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
