You own everything. Leave anytime. It's written into every agreement from day one.
Five promises
Many clinics have lost a domain, or a whole site, to a vendor who stopped answering. These promises make sure that can't happen with us.
- Your domain is in your name.You buy it with your own card or UPI. We only get access to connect it.
- Leave any month.Give 30 days' notice. There's no lock-in.
- No exit fee.Leaving costs you nothing.
- We hand everything over.Site files, photos, text, any data, and your Google profile.
- We delete our copies.Within 14 days of handover, and we confirm it in writing.

How leaving works
We call this the Exit Kit.
- Tell us on WhatsApp or email. Give 30 days' notice. There's no lock-in and no exit fee.
- Your domain never waits on payment. It was always yours; we just remove our access.
- We send a final invoice up to the end of the notice period. The handover follows once it's paid.
- You get your site files (a zip file and the code repository), all images and text, a spreadsheet of any stored data, and full control of your Google profile.
- If you'd like help, we can move the site to your new host for one paid hour.
- After a 14-day grace period we delete the database, backups and hosting project, and confirm it in writing.
