Cancellations and refunds

Setup fee
- Before design starts: cancel and we refund your 50% advance in full.
- After design starts: the advance isn't refunded, and you don't owe the second half. We send you whatever we've made so far.
- After launch: the setup fee isn't refundable.
Monthly plans
- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, on WhatsApp or email. There's no exit fee.
- The month you've already paid for isn't refunded.
- Annual prepayment: if you leave early, we refund the unused full months at the regular monthly price, after taking back the 2 free months.
Add-ons
Add-on setup fees follow the same rules as the website setup fee. Add-on monthly fees follow the monthly rules above.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the account or UPI ID you paid from, within 7 working days.
